Kurrajong Heights Garden Club
Our May outing is to Bilpin and Mountain Lagoon gardens, visiting three different beautiful venues. The first, a large country garden, incorporates a mini maze, children’s zone and a productive vegie garden for the resident young family. At the second garden visited we will be served an elegant morning tea in beautiful park like surroundings before moving to our third garden where we will enjoy our self-supplied lunch (chairs provided) under the sweeping branches of an old oak tree, before touring the landscaping and planting of this beautiful garden only established since 2013. Hawkesbury District Agricultural Show
The three day Show is the biggest event held in the Hawkesbury! Show bags, rides, exhibits, machinery, wood chop, see cattle, sheep, goats, dogs and alpacas horses chickens and fireworks Friday and Saturday nights, animal displays and judging plus great free entertainment every day. Riverstone Festival 2019
Riverstone Festival is back! Food trucks, rides, stage entertainment, stalls and a street parade! Don’t miss Riverstone’s biggest event of the year! Organised by the Combined Churches of Riverstone, this Festival is a celebration of our town, our business and our people. Corner Park and Pitt St, Park St, Riverstone. The Riverstone Neighbourhood Centre (Park Street) will be in the community garden and have information and stalls/demonstration of their programs including Knitting, Patchwork, Card making and Men’s Shed.
