Seniors Exercise Group
Come along and join the Seniors Exercise Group at the Hawkesbury Leisure and Learning Centre. Thursday mornings 9.15am -10am. The group is run by Lyn Campbell from Lyn’s Elite Personal Training. Lyn is a registered fitness leader and instructor. Exercise classes help keep your mind active and your body coordinated. Our class gives you the space you need to move around and use the support of a chair, if needed. The cost is $7 per class. Oberon Daffodils Bus Trip
The Macquarie Towns Garden Club are running their Oberon Daffodils Bus trip, leaving North Richmond Community Hall at 8:00am. They will be visiting three gardens and enjoying Devonshire tea in Oberon and afternoon tea in Edith on the return trip.
